PlayStation has kicked off its huge Summer Sale for 2025, bringing massive discounts on games, DLCs, and add-ons. Whether you’re looking for PS4 or PS5 titles, the sale has something for everyone, with deals running until August 13.

PlayStation Plus subscribers got early access to over 200 discounts last week. This perk, along with free monthly games and online multiplayer, makes PS Plus an essential service for most PlayStation owners.

A new blog post from PlayStation confirmed that the Summer Sale began on July 16 at 12:00 am PDT/BST/JST. It features AAA hits and indie gems at big discounts:

• EA Sports FC 25: 79% off ($14.69)

• Forza Horizon 5: 25% off ($44.99)

• Clair Obscur: Expedition 33: 10% off ($44.99)

• Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: 20% off ($55.99)

• The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered: 20% off ($39.99)

• Sonic X Shadow Generations: 40% off ($29.99)

• Shadows of Doubt: 40% off ($14.99)

• Tales of Kenzera: ZAU: 60% off ($7.99)

Plenty more offers are available on the PlayStation Store for both digital and physical games.

Hardware Deals and Anniversary Restock

PlayStation Direct also has excellent hardware discounts in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. From July 16–29, you can get €50/£45 off the standard PS5 or €100/£90 off the PS5 Digital Edition.

If you’re thinking about new hardware, you might want to wait. Sony is bringing back its 30th anniversary limited-edition accessories. The special DualSense Controller, PlayStation Portal, and Digital Console bundle restock starts September 9, with pre-orders opening July 23 in select regions.
