Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Confirms Exclusive Beta Rewards
Activision has officially confirmed that players who join the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 open beta will receive special in-game rewards. Those who pre-order the game before October 2 will gain early access, while all players can join the open beta starting October 5.
Early Access and Open Beta Dates
The early access beta for pre-order customers begins on October 2. Players who do not pre-order can still enjoy the open beta on October 5. Activision revealed that all beta participants will unlock unique rewards, including:
-
A new Operator
-
An animated Emblem
-
A Weapon Charm
-
Additional exclusive cosmetics
While Activision has yet to show the visuals of these rewards, fans are eager to see what’s in store.
Addressing Player Concerns
Black Ops 7 has faced backlash recently due to pricey bundles, unrealistic cosmetics, and constant collaborations. In response, Treyarch has made changes such as:
-
Updating Vault Edition skins
-
Removing the Carry Forward feature
-
Adjusting community feedback-driven features
These updates aim to regain player trust ahead of the November launch.
Extra Rewards Through Promotions
Fans can also grab rewards through the Monster Energy promotion. Like Black Ops 6, players must buy cans of Monster, enter codes on the website, and unlock exclusive content. The more codes collected, the more rewards players can earn.
Double XP Carry Forward
Although Carry Forward has been removed for most content, Activision confirmed that Double XP tokens will transfer from Black Ops 6 into Black Ops 7. Logging into Black Ops 6 or Warzone before October 1 grants:
-
Five 1-hour Double Player XP tokens
-
Five 1-hour Double Weapon XP tokens
-
Five 1-hour Double Battle Pass XP tokens
These tokens will carry over and provide an early advantage when Black Ops 7 launches later this year.
